Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and tranquil gardens .Smaller hotel.
We had great poolside groundfloor room but noise from room above was bad due to wooden floor .
It's excellent location and proximity to entertainment venues , restaurants and shops.
Everything was excellent apart from the shower which was a little cold.
I had a very pleasant stay thank you. My only criticism is that the toilet smelt a little. I don't think this was the fault of the cleaners and is perhaps a plumbing matter
In the town but quiet and peaceful
The typical Thai Buildings and the full comfortable surrounding. Also the room services people are very nice.
Too much mosquito in the dinning areas, especially for the Cafe de France for Breakfast and Supper. Also the front desk needs to improve their communication skills and English skiils to foreign cumstomers. That's the only two things I can think about for their improvement. Others are perfect.
The location , swimming pool and quietness were very good.Every morning I woke up with bird's singing. Bed was very comfy. Liked breakfast . Lots of nice thing there.
Unfortunately, 3/4 of hotel staff were not friendly enough. Specially reception people don't greet hardly. Also breakfast time , nobody welcomed for 3 days , It was a bit strange it is such a lovely setting and nice hotel. Only the people but most important thing was missing there. If they smile everytime I passed reception, I would be very pleased to stay there.
The accommodation provided is great as is the landscaped gardens and surroundings all very natural and in theme for Thailand. The staff were lovely and friendly.
Breakfast was not as good as other resorts of this sort. The room we stayed in 127 although lovely was noisy being close to pool and restaraunt, but not a major problem. Room 126 had no hot water even though maintanance came and repaired it it still ran cold throughout stay. We requested three wake up calls for the rooms we booked, they did not occur.
The location of the hotel and the friendliness attitude of the hotel staff.
Our room's air conditioner caused some prolems and the room was not smelling good but the hotel management immediately changed our room.
all very nice lovely surroundings, very green
We thought this place was lovely. Great room, lovely staff and beautiful gardens. It was very convenient for beach and shopping yet once inside, you could be millions of miles away from it all.
The water pressure in bath/shower could have been better and it would have been nice to have more international TV channels...but then, who wants to spend time watching TV!! The main thing we didn't like was having to leave!
Perfect. Will stay again at the same hotel when we visit Phuket again.
The room was a very nice size, comfortable bed and the view over the pool area with the trees and gardens was picture postcard stuff. Great position for beach and nightlife.
As I read on your site before my stay, while the shower was a large walk in, it was let down by the fact that the water flow was weak and went from hot to cold for no reason. If they could fix this then no complaints.
The vegetation around the pool is great, you feel like you are in an island. The Boucherie restaurant was good and the coupon for the bottle of wine are GREAT!!Cafe de France is a very, very nice place to have dinner or breakfast .Massage by the pool were great!!I Will recommend that hotel to my fellow travellers.
No hot water in the bathroomr at all during our last morning, really weird for a $200 hotel a day in Phuket in 2011 . The shower head is a really cheap and bad one too,I think that Claude (the owner Great guy) can fix that in a very easy way.,a good shower in Thailand is very important. tv had always a very bad image and they only have local channel and tv5 so no cnn, bbc, hbo etc...And that is strange for a $200 room a day in that part of the world..Pool may be as too many chemical product in..
The room was very confortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of items. The hotel had parking at the facility.
The front desk staff was not very versed in English despite the fact that all the guests were english speaking. Also when asked for direction to a particular restaurant they tried to dissuade us to go there and suggested a more local restaurant.
Great location, good sized rooms, nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. Mini bar was reasonably priced
Too much chlorine in the pool and no pamphlet in the room outlining hotel facilities.
Service was great - polite, discreet and efficient; location is also superb, extremely central yet once inside it's very quiet.
There could be a better pool-side service for drinks and food - rather than having to go look for someone
